Act 56 & Municipal Adoption of Solar Screening Regulations

The Department of Public Service and the Agency of Commerce and Community Development issued "Act 56 Report: A Report to the Vermont General Assembly on Municipal Adoption of Solar Screening Regulations" on January 13, 2017.
