DRAFT REVISIONS TO THE DEC FLOOD HAZARD AND RIVER CORRIDOR PROTECTION PROCEDURES
The Division is looking for comments and suggestions pertaining to the
limited set of edits drafted into the ANR Flood Hazard Area and River Corridor
Protection Procedure that has been posted here. A transmittal letter is
also provided to explain the changes and comment period. Please feel free
to forward this notice to other parties whom you think may be interested.
Please submit any comment on the current Procedure edits to Mike Kline,
Rivers Program Manager, by August 25, 2017 at mike.kline@vermont.gov.
