Town Officers Education Conference

Registration is now open! 

We invite you to join us for the 72nd Town Officers Education Conferences(TOEC). We have a strong lineup of workshops, speakers, and exhibitors, and look forward to hosting Paul Costello from the Vermont Council on Rural Development as our keynote speaker.

We understand that the cost of registering can be discouraging for some of you so we are happy to share a scholarship opportunity with you:
The Vermont Institute of Government has graciously offered to provide a limited number of partial scholarships (up to half an attendee's fee, typically) to local officials who would otherwise be unable to attend. Priority will go to those from small towns (populations 1,000 and under) who have exhausted all other potential sources of funds.
