DRAFT MEETING MINUTES

1. CALL TO ORDER & WELCOME
The Chair called the meeting to order at approximately 8:10 a.m.

2. ATTENDANCE
Members Present:  Lori Donna, Chair; Julie Rutz, Vice-Chair; Tony Micklus, Clerk; Henry Bonges; John Lindsay. 
Members Absent:  None.
Staff Present:  Jacob Hemmerick, Planning Director.
Public Present:  None. 

3. AGENDA REVIEW
None. 

4. PUBLIC FORUM
The group discussed a memo received from White & Burke Real Estate Investment Advisors, sharing concerns and areas of agreement/disagreement.  Minimum and maximum square footage was a point of interest, particularly as it relates to parcel size.  They also discussed density bonuses in relation to building amenities.  The group thanked Hemmerick for his response.

7(A). Unified Regulations Section 1 & 2
The group began with a review of their to-do list and work schedule, adding items and reworking details.  They then continued review of Section 1, discussing the following points:

o   Seasonal tents

o   Outdoor fuel tanks

7(B). Workshop Preparation
The group discussed ideas for their upcoming Workshop, scheduled for April 18, 2017.  They discussed the most effective ways to gather public input and the importance of a variety of sources, and agreed to advertise the event in the Milton Independent.  Staff will arrange this.
