State Announces Clean Water Week 8/20-26

Announcing Clean Water Week:
August 20-26, 2017
A celebration of Vermont’s waters, and the efforts of businesses, organizations, and communities to protect and restore clean water statewide

Governor Phil Scott is proclaiming the week of August 20th Clean Water Week for the State of Vermont.
Tourism, recreation, and other local businesses benefit and depend on clean water. Vermonters and visitors alike drink, swim, fish, boat, and admire the scenic beauty of Vermont’s waters.

We invite you to join the celebration and demonstrate your commitment to clean water by:
  • Becoming a Clean Water Week Sponsor (it's free!)
  • Hosting a local Clean Water Week Event
  • Sharing your clean water project or story through traditional or social media using #cleanwaterweekvt during August 20th - 26th
Register your event or sponsorship online to be included in the State of Vermont’s Clean Water Week publicity: Clean Water Week Sponsor and Event Registration form

The deadline to register is Friday, July 28th to be included in media outreach prior to Clean Water Week. The final registration deadline is Wednesday, August 16th.
