6(A). McDonald’s Corporation, Applicant, requests Major Site Plan Amendment approval for the property located at 5 Haydenberry Drive.  The proposal is for the reconstruction of a 4,100 square foot restaurant with no footprint changes.  Changes will include ADA improvements, expansion of the drive-through, landscaping and lighting improvements.  The property is a 1.15-acre lot served by municipal water supply and wastewater disposal, described as SPAN 14603, Tax Map 7, Parcel 60-112, and is located in the Downtown Business Zoning District (DB1).
