called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.

John Lindsay (Recreation Commission), Rae Couillard (School Board), Lou

Micklus (Planning Commission).

5. STAFF UPDATES
Hemmerick stated
that it is Gina Clithero, the Planning Intern’s last week with the Planning
Office. Gina is completing the Storm Water
Report and an Executive Summary. The
Committee will receive a copy.

The
committee reviewed the technical analysis providing feedback for the
consultant.
