Approve motion to amend statutory report (pursuant to 24VSA4442) following substantial changes to the draft Unified Development Regulations by the Selectboard, as noticed for hearing on September 11, 2017.

C. Public Service Board 45-Day Advance Notice

Consider filing comments on 45-Day Advance Notice Petition of Green Mountain Power Corporation for a Certificate of Public Good pursuant to 30VSA§248 to construct a solar generation and battery storage project.
