MEETING MINUTES
1. CALL TO ORDER
The Chair called the meeting to order at approximately 9:00 a.m.
2. ATTENDANCE
Members Present: Lori Donna, Chair; Julie Rutz, Vice-Chair; Tony Micklus, Clerk; Henry Bonges, and John Lindsay
Members Absent: None.
Staff Present: Jacob Hemmerick, Planning Director.
Public Present: Mike McCormick
3. AGENDA REVIEW

5. STAFF UPDATES
Staff provided a brief update, reviewing recent posts on the planning blog.
6. OFFICIAL NOTICES
Staff notified the Commission of a Public Service Board DeMinimus telecommunications application 78 Precast Rd.
7. BUSINESS
7(A). Unified Regulations
Picking up where they left off, the group began discussion of the working draft. The bulk of the discussion focused on the following topics:
· Town Core Site Plan Standards
· Conditional Use Review
· Subdivision Standards

The Minutes were until the Commission’s next meeting by UNANIMOUS CONSENT.
9. ADJOURNMENT MOTION by Rutz to adjourn at approximately 12:00 p.m.; SECOND by Micklus. Unanimously APPROVED
