1. CALL TO ORDER
The Vice-Chair
called the meeting to order at approximately 6:12 p.m.
2. ATTENDANCE

Lori Donna, Chair; John Lindsay.
Staff Present:
Jacob Hemmerick, Planning Director.

5. STAFF UPDATES
Staff
shared some reading material regarding infrastructure maintenance and spoke
about the status of the Municipal Planning Grant and the formation of a
steering committee to coordinate the project.
The Work Plan for the Planning Office’s summer intern was reviewed, as
was the next meeting in the 2017 Planning Forum series (Transportation theme,
scheduled for March 29, 2017).

The group
reviewed their timeline and work plan, and tentatively agreed on several
Saturday meetings. Staff will follow up
with a confirmation email.
