1. CALL TO ORDER & WELCOME
The Chair
called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. after no attendees
turned out for the Open House, held in conjunction with the election that day.

7(A). Unified Regulations
·
The
Commission reviewed and approved the draft agricultural enterprise language.
·
The
Commission reviewed and approved the draft outdoor shooting range language, but
was split on Zoning District location.
·
The
Commission discussed density bonus provisions, as well as base densities.

MOTION by
Micklus to adjourn at approximately 7:00 p.m., SECOND by Lindsay. Unanimously APPROVED.
